No, this isn't anything like the awful Sudanese rapper from yesterday. Blowfly was an early rap act from the 70s who was notorious for writing dirty rhymes years and years before it became standard for rap music. Born Clarence Reid, his stage name came from his grandmother, who said that he was "nastier than a blowfly" after she caught him singing "The Twist" with the lyrics "Suck my dick". This bizarre music video is for "Prisencolinensinainciusol", a song written in 1972 by Adriano Celentano. The lyrics are neither in Italian nor English, but it's a gibberish that's supposed to resemble what American English sounds like to someone who doesn't really speak it. Sort of like if you were to just say "ching chang chong ni hao ching chong" or "blahlblahscetti proscutti i gorbongi yeti bingbango" if you were imitating Chinese and Italian respectively. Which I do all the time.

This week, 30 years ago, "Rapper's Delight" by the Sugar Hill Gang became the first hip-hop single to enter the charts in the US or anywhere else, unofficially marking the beginning of rap and hip hop in the main stream. Thus, suburban white boys would never wear their pants the same again.
