If you're familiar with MetalStorm, you'll know that they're the company that invented the MetalStorm machine gun, capable of delivering up to 1 million stacked rounds per minute fired by electronic pulses instead of a traditional firing mechanism. Yeah, the name MetalStorm isn't just a clever metaphor, it's a reality. Now they've introduced the MetalStorm 3GL grenade launcher that's capable of firing 720 grenades per minute out of a single barrel.

For the life of me, I can't imagine a situation that would require the incredible firepower of 720 grenades per minute, but whatever it would be, I imagine it would be over pretty quickly. Sadly, the above video is relatively lame for what it's worth since they're just firing dummy rounds... I mean they're boasting this 720 grenades per second number, but they're not showing it.
