UC Berkley has a class dedicated to animation legend Hayao Miyazaki

If you’re going to college to learn art, filmmaking or animation, your education would be incomplete without learning a great deal about and from the works of Hayao Miyazaki. So while it’s not surprising that UC Berkley has a class dedicated to the animation legend, it’s more surprising that more universities in the US, especially those either dedicated to animation and filmmaking or with strong animation and filmmaking programs aren’t already filled with courses on Miyazaki, his works, his methods and the ways in which he forever changed animated storytelling.
